<\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]The newly built Talas bungalows<\/strong>, situated 150 meters<\/strong> from the sandy beach of Lido di Capoliveri<\/strong> and adjacent to the diving center, follow an innovative and eco-sustainable<\/strong> design concept. The architect\u2019s aim was to create a completely new product category in tourist accommodation, in the light of changing lifestyles, and to embrace contemporary and eco-sustainable design in both aesthetic appeal and ecological features.<\/p>\n

The apartments are part of two terraced bungalows: the first bungalow has two apartments, each sleeping 4<\/strong> (one double bedroom, one small bedroom with bunk beds, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and covered veranda); the second bungalow has one apartment sleeping 6<\/strong> (two double bedrooms, one small bedroom with bunk beds, living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower and covered veranda).<\/p>\n

Besides what is already offered in the 2020 summer season we also have another two new apartments, each sleeping up to 4\/5<\/strong>; they consist of one double bedroom, a smaller bedroom with one single bed plus bunk beds, kitchenette with dining area, bathroom with shower, covered and fully equipped veranda.<\/p>\n

The bungalows also have air conditioning\/heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, barbecue and parking space. Final cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels and infant cots will be provided on request.[\/vc_column_text]
